Call 800-456-6870 to activate your newly issued plastics 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you have any questions, please call 717-709-1920 during business hours. In order to adequately protect plastics in the mail, all cards are sent unactivated. Please activate your card through your home phone as soon as you receive it. Due to extenuating fraud risks, accounts not activated within 90 days will be closed. If a member chooses to activate their VISA account after the 90 days, the member will be responsible for a reissued plastic and PIN mailer fee. |
