Make sure you review your VISA Debit Card transactions regularly in your share draft checking account and that you thoroughly examine your VISA Credit Card statement for proper postings. As long as you dispute your transactions in writing within 60 days of them posting to your account, you will have full dispute rights.
If disputing a debit card transaction, please contact the credit union directly at 717-709-1920 or through secure messages on Home Branch online banking. Generally you will receive immediate temporary credit of the disputed transactions while the dispute process renders a final determination.
