If the card has been stolen, please file a police report with your local law enforcement agency and submit a copy of the report to CHECU. A new VISA credit card will be automatically issued to you by calling the 800 number to report your card lost/stolen.

If the card has been stolen, please file a police report with your local law enforcement agency and submit a copy of the report to CHECU. After reporting your VISA Debit Card lost/stolen through the 800 number, please contact the credit union through Home Branch online banking, or speak with a CHECU team member to request a new VISA Debit Card.
